Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and objectives.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with suppliers.
  • Keep uptodate with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Relationship Manager or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a related role.

Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
