Customer Service Representative

Duties:

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Accurately enter and update customer information in the database
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer retention
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
Multilingual skills are highly desirable
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
