Job description

  • To recover overdue payments or outstanding debts from customers on behalf of the company.
  • Investigate and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies that may arise from customers with other departments, such as customer service or sales, to resolve paymentrelated issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all communications, payment arrangements, and other relevant information related to debt recovery.
  • Negotiate payment plans or settlements with debtors based on their financial situation and the company's policies.
  • To answer inquiries, provide information, and assist debtors in resolving paymentrelated issues.
  • To achieve given collection and call targets.

Must have

  • Effective communication skills in English and South Indian Language/s.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer service skills
