We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Execute endtoend recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Posting and Advertisement:

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.

Interviewing and Evaluation:

Data Management:

Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement.

Requirements:

4+ years of inhouse or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs
Experienced in hiring data analyticsrelated roles such as
Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles
Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
Must have prior experience in US hiring
Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones.
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
