Description
*Position: Academic Counselor**Key Responsibilities: - *Excellent Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents to understand their academic goals and provide appropriate guidance.
- *Student Handling:* Assist students in selecting suitable courses, understanding academic requirements, and resolving academic-related issues.
- *Batch Scheduling:* Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and academic sessions to ensure smooth operation and optimal student engagement.
- *Lead Closing:* Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless transition into the academic program.

*Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree

  • Previous experience in academic counseling or student advisement preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
