Responsibility:
1.

Manage existing clients-
a. Increase the market share of existing customers
b. Maintain communication with clients on a regular basis.
c. Promote new products and give product training to sales staff of overseas customers by travel or video conferencing.
d. Coordinate with the production department in Korea & India for order processing.
e. Complete all export formalities including payment collection, scheduling shipment, sending documents
f. Processing the formalities of duty drawback and MEIS
2.
Search for new clients-
b. Understanding new customers import registration requirements for Medical Devices.
c. Provide necessary documents for import registration of products.
d. Negotiation of Prices, purchase target, terms and conditions.
e. Attend overseas trade exhibitions.
f. Visit the customer and promote sales by working with the customers sales staff. Visit end customers, doctors and hospitals.
