Description
We are looking for someone who oversee supply chain operations and ensure the efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods. Executive needs to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. He/She will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions of Stationary items, office items etc.Overseeing and maintaining all supply chain operations/records
Organizing and managing inventory, storage and coordinating with the admin executive
Handle all the data regarding the logistics in detail
Check requirement of stationary items required in office on regular basis
Maintain a record of Mala, Newspaper, stationery, telephone, mobile on date.
Sending and Receiving Couriers and parcels to all centers
Admin related daily office work
Maintaining, repairing or replacing office equipment with the help of administration staff
Analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures and needs
Should provide related data whenever required
Support the admin executive in liaising and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
Maintaining Logistics Data MIS on Systems
Documentation and filings related to Logistics
All updation in maintenance vendor list should be done on regular basis
Locks & keys should be checked, Tagged and handled properly
Place orders accordingly, should make detailed entries in the system
Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Experience:
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
