Responsibilities:

Multi-Platform Management:
Oversee and manage social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on each platform.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and shareable content for different social media channels.
Work closely with the design team to ensure visually appealing and onbrand content.
Audience Engagement:
Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Monitor trends and conversations within the social media space to stay relevant and responsive.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall performance.
Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
23 years of handson experience in managing social media accounts.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of each platform's unique features, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
