Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication skills.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide accurate information.
Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions, including reactions and feedback.
Follow up on leads generated through outbound calls.
Handle customer complaints or objections with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met and lead generation targets are achieved.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers in conversation and build rapport.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High school diploma; additional certification in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
