Assistant Manager-Long haul international

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Uploading of packages on portals as per seasonality
- Ensure the product arelive within the time limit
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure proper mastering
- Follow the set SOPs thoroughly
- Make sure of error free and zero defect delivery
- Prompt and effective solution on system related queries of a Product team
- The set turnaround times are met and packages reflecting on portal as per expectation
- To establish contact with the client while on tour to take feedback
