Job Description:

As a Medical Representative at Eye Mantra Hospital, you will play a crucial role in promoting our range of eye care services and products to healthcare professionals and institutions.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote Eye Mantra Hospital's eye care services, treatments, and products to healthcare professionals and institutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital's reach and market presence.

Organize and conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate healthcare professionals about our services and products.

Provide timely and accurate information to healthcare professionals regarding the latest advancements and developments in ophthalmology.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to support sales efforts.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the promotion of medical products and services.

Represent Eye Mantra Hospital with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field. A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

Proven experience as a medical representative or sales representative in the healthcare industry, preferably in ophthalmology.

Strong understanding of ophthalmic products and services, including diagnostic tools, treatments, and surgical procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
