    Description

    You'll be our: Development Planner

    You'll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

    You'll be Aligned with: Lead - Development Planning

    You'll be a member of: Central Planning

    What you'll do at Ather:

    • Engage with Program managers to evaluate the stitched up plans for various projects within and across the various verticals.
    • Plan activities for various developmental projects across Product delivery to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining high levels of quality
    • Ensure visibility of short-term and long-terms risks, drive the planning of risk mitigation activities
    • Provide long-term directions to various stakeholders and functions based on the business requirements of the organization
    • Determine Development timelines, Internal and External Risks, Mitigation plans required to ensure the process is efficient and effective to achieve the target dates.
    • Engage effectively with the stakeholders to create and highlight bottlenecks with the Timelines in line with company targets.
    • Engage effectively with the product line stakeholders to identify, evaluate and provide mitigation plans for various risks both external and internal.
    • Attend various reviews/meetings on Project status and Planning. Contribute to optimize the plans stated by Program Managers and highlight any interdependence or shortcomings.
    • Identify and highlight any shortcoming in the approved plans with respect to resources available to execute the plans through loading charts and rundown charts.

    Here's what we are looking for:

    • Experience in Strategic planning and Project Planning principles
    • Understanding of SWOT analysis and Risk management principles
    • Experience in basic concepts of Development, Operations and Marketing principles.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, negotiate with, and manage key stakeholders

    You bring to Ather:

    • B.E/M.E in Mechanical Engineering/Embedded Systems/Software
    • 3-8 years of experience in Execution & Planning- 2 years in strategic planning and 4 years in PM
    • Experience in OEM's/ Automotive and Automobile companies is a must
