Assist in the conceptualization, development, and presentation of architectural designs.

Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to produce design drawings, renderings, and construction documents.

Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

Assist in site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools to create accurate drawings and models.

Support project coordination and communication with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Contribute ideas and solutions to design challenges and project constraints.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in architecture.


Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.

Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.

Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is preferred but not required.
