Description
This is a full-time on-site role of a Tele Caller at our Ahmedabad office. This role involves l outbound calls and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.The person in this role will also be responsible for data analysis, creating reports, and working in collaboration with the management team to meet targets and goals.
Qualifications
- 12th pass/Diploma/Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 02 years of experience in tele calling or a similar customer service role
- A track record of leading and managing a team of tele callers or customer service representatives
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, creating reports, and working collaboratively with management to meet targets and goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM software or telephony systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the latest customer service trends and best practices
Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
