Position:
Tele caller - Outbound - US Sales


Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years in tele calling mandatorily in the US market.


Education:
Any relevant degree


Package: 20,000 to 35,000 CTC


Work Mode:
Remote


Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within the US market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Conduct cold calls and followup with leads to schedule meetings and product/service presentations.
  • Utilize calling tools and maintain detailed records in spreadsheets.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with US ascent.
  • Proven track record in tele calling or telemarketing, mandatorily in the US market.
  • Persuasive and able to effectively convey our services.
  • Good listening and probing skills to identify client needs.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and calling tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a different time zone.
  • Prior experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus.

Work Schedule: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) 9.30PM to 6.30AM
