As a Sales Executive in the online tele calling division of our insurance sector, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services to potential customers.

This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in sales and customer service within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our insurance products and services.
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Educate customers about the features, benefits, and coverage options of various insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system with relevant information.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve departmental goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to insurance.

Qualifications:

Higher Secondary Certificate:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Goaloriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
