We are building an end-to-end SaaS platform with a deep-tech core that analyses geospatial imagery, enabling us to provide a suite of software solutions for our clientele.

Position Description:

We are looking for a
System Administrator to join our engineering team and help us manage IT infrastructure and help our various departments systems for smooth working.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of on-premise computer systems

Manage LAN and WAN network

Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics.

Work with IT Asset Management for tracking and procurement of new hardware (Tool

Manageengine)

Network printer installation and configuration

Add workstations in Windows Active Directory

Setup new windows, mac and ubuntu based systems for users

Standard AAI required and third-party software installations on windows, mac and ubuntu systems

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

Troubleshoot hardware issues and outages

Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Provide remote desktop support to all users working from home

Antivirus client installation and definition update

Microsoft patches and service pack update on system

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of networking software, hardware and networking protocol

2-3 years of work experience as a System Administrator

Expertise in System Management and Troubleshooting

Expertise in Hardware troubleshooting

Expertise in Operating Systems installation and configuration

Knowledge of Antivirus and Firewalls

Expertise in Desktop related problem solving

Knowledge in O.S patching and antivirus configuration

Expertise in installation of developer software like VS Code, npm, git on Ubuntu

Knowledge of Nvidia GPU based systems

Knowledge in Nvidia Drivers update and installation

Strong knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting

Excellent remote troubleshooting skills (Laptop, Desktop, Printers)

Coordination with IT vendors for warranty support and call logging

Good problem-solving skills

Experience with Windows Active Directory/LDAP

Experience with GPU installed systems

Understanding of cloud technologies (GCP)

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
