Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Identify market opportunities and guide the team in developing and qualifying leads, focusing on maximizing sales outcomes.
• Drive the team's performance by setting clear targets, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in sales closures and longterm partnerships.
• Conduct sales pitches and negotiations, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to deliver compelling presentations and achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service that aligns with company goals and client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Leader or similar role, with a strong background in sales within the marketing solutions or public relations sector.
• Indepth understanding of press release distribution and the public relations industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving sales excellence.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A selfstarter with the ability to thrive in a competitive, resultsdriven environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with 35 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
