Description
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and support for our organization. This position involves interacting with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and handle complaints effectively. CSRs are expected to maintain a positive and professional image of the company while delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Problem Resolution: Listen to customer issues and work diligently to resolve them promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other departments to relay information, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints in a patient and empathetic manner, finding appropriate solutions to resolve their concerns.

Product Assistance: Offer product troubleshooting and assistance, guiding customers on product usage and best practices.

Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Freshers or experienced person can apply.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
  • Previous customer service experience or having a customercentric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
