• Seminal's mission is to supercharge the art market to help artists capture the untapped value of their intellectual property. Seminal has created a revolutionary marketplace for artistic copyright, built with blockchain technology. We work with artists, galleries, estates and agents to connect them with a global network of licensees and businesses.

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI designer to join our team in Chennai.

As a mid level UX/UI designer, you will be working closely with our product, engineering, and QA teams to help deliver high-quality user-centered digital experiences.

You will initially report to the Head of Design & Product and our Lead UX designer in Melbourne, later reporting to a Lead UX designer in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Develop highlevel and detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communication design concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate with our product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to improve our products.
• Help our engineering teams understand design decisions and answer any queries they may have while the Melbourne team is offline.
• Help maintain a consistent user experience and user interface across our entire product.
• Assist in the management of our custom design system.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and problemsolving abilities.
• Deep understanding of usercentred design principles and methodologies, with experience creating service blueprints, user flows and wireframes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Expertise in managing and using design systems/design libraries.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with interaction design and visual design a plus.
• Passion for art, technology, and web3 a plus.
