Role Description
- Process customer orders, address concerns, and ensure resolution of customer issues.
- Employ creative solutions for designing or exploring nonstandard product requests.
- Collaborate with various departments to determine service charges, collect payments, and manage billing.
- Resolve billing issues through product exchanges and coordination with the accounting department.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Prepare and send quotes, providing written proposals to customers.
- Track shipment status of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Good Typing Speed with Computer skills
