We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Therapist / Psychologist to join our team at TALK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a personcentered approach.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of psychology and counseling.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Counseling.
• Valid licensure/certification as a Psychologist or Counselor (or eligibility for licensure).
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy/counseling services.
• Strong knowledge of evidencebased therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a teambased environment.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
