Description
TPV Invoice Registration / Payments

  • Role is a resource to ensure that Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments are made in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Develop improvements to processes to aid in minimisation of penalty payments.
  • Manage the circulation of reports and initiate milestone review of Invoices under process, pending for approvals, rejected cases and action taken to mitigate issues and its progress.
  • Prepare and understand TPV finance reports and liaise with Finance team to obtain timely reconciliations between TPV statements and Alight reporting.
  • Facilitating dialogue between key stake holders and updating online schedules on real time basis.
  • Maintains a risk log and mitigating actions and ensures compliance of standards.
  • Act as SPOC for TPV Purchase Order, Invoice and Payment related queries and clarifications.
  • Report to Global VPS Relationship Director and provide briefings on current status of finances prior to governance meetings.
  • Supports the design of new processes, procedures and automation.
  • Role works closely with one team member and will act as backup for holiday and sickness leave.

Knowledge:

  • Applicants should be comfortable dealing with matrix management across client and continents. Acting as a Single Point of Contact for Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payment related matters.
  • Experience of outsourcing delivery, would be an advantage
  • Experience in using and creating reports using MS Office products is mandatory. MS Excel at an advanced level would be an advantage.
