Travel Consultant for Europe/USA region


Job Description:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for booking Rail tickets for US/Europe region.

Experience & Qualifications

1 year + recent experience in Travel required/ BPO. Preferred Rail ticketing in Europe/USA region.

1 year + recent knowledge and experience using any travel software Experience & Qualifications

Prior experience in Travel / BPO required.

Good Knowledge and experience using any travel software

Strong English Communication skills

Professional & service-oriented mentality

Geography and international destination mainly Europe knowledge are necessary

Must have the ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport.

Experience in Rail ticketing for Europe/USA region will be added advantage

Strong written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Skilled in usage of a personal computer and various software packages

Online booking tool knowledge preferred

Ability to work independently


Pay:
From ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• BPO or Travel: 3 years (required)
