General Manager Supply Chain
Position Title:
Planning Head
Location:
Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Primary distribution Process
- Manage availability of stock at the warehouse, inventory productivity, reduction of stockout.
- Ensure improvement in order fill rate for all verticals.
- Improve FC accuracy, production compliance.
- Deliver the Total Supply Chain Cost Agenda of Freight and C&FA costs by way of review of manufacturing foot print.
- Improve the maturity level of the S&OP process to ensure smooth integration across the business
- Deliver the Finished Good Working Capital Agenda by ensuring optimal Stock levels are maintained across the business.
- Develop and Implement IT solutions to reduce manual work and improve optimization capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Min. 1012yrs experience post MBA
- Preferably from a top tier institute
- Strong experiential understanding of handling complex S&OP and / or Supply Planning processes.
- Strong data orientation
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Manage multiple very demanding stakeholders
- Problem solver
- Flexible and agility in an ever changing work environment or when things do not go as planned
- Experience in dynamically operated business and supply chain environments will be add on.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹5,000, ₹6,000,000.00 per year
