Accounts Payable Specialist plays a crucial role in managing a company's financial transactions. They focus on outgoing payments, ensuring that bills are paid accurately and on time. If you want to contribute to maintaining smooth financial operations, this role might be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Process Invoices: Review, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests promptly. Accuracy and adherence to company policies are essential.

Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors. Address inquiries related to payment status, discrepancies, and other issues.

Invoice Verification: Match invoices with purchase orders, packing slips, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Coding and Data Entry: Assign proper general ledger codes and enter invoices into the accounting system with meticulous attention to detail.

Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to vendors using various methods (checks, electronic transfers, credit cards) in line with payment terms.

Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts payable records.

Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and analysis of accounts payable balances.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Education: Graduation is mandatory.

Shifts: Willingness to work night shifts.

Location: Noida.

SAP Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types:

₹250, ₹340,000.00 per year
