    IS Operations Manager for Power Platform

    You will be working as IS Operations Manager for Power Platform and will be reporting to Platform Owner Power Platform & will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for delivering and orchestrate the delivery of IS service line operations activities. Coordinating with and supervises internal or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

    Your responsibilities

    • Managing and monitoring the power platform environment, including power apps, power automate, power pages and power virtual agents and ensuring the availability, reliability, scalability, security, and compliance of the power platform
    • Performing regular audits, and updates of the power platform including SOX compliant workloads and identifying and implementing best practices, standards, and policies for the Power Platform
    • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the power platform issues and incidents and planning, designing, and implementing new features and enhancements to the power platform
    • Coordinating and collaborating with other IT teams and business units to integrate the power platform with other systems and data sources and managing and prioritizing the power platform requests
    • Managing and developing the power platform support team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation and reporting and communicating the power platform status, metrics, and outcomes to the platform owner and other stakeholders
    • Building IS domain service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects and Integrating operation and build activities (DevOps scope) in collaboration with the building team
    • Reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities. Playing an active role in defining new contracts with vendors for the operational activities, service levels, and SLAs

    Your background

    • Degree or Master's in Information technology or relevant
    • At least 10 years overall experience in the IT sector with 4 years operations management experience in an enterprise environment
    • Minimum 3 years power platform expertise including power Apps, power automate, power pages and power virtual agents
    • ITIL 4 foundation certification is an advantage
    • Strong knowledge and skills in ITIL, Devops, agile, and ITSM methodologies
    • Strong knowledge and skills in PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
