About the Role

We are looking for someone who will act as a champion for our company growth as we build a diverse and high-performance team.

You will partner closely with our Executives and Team Leaders, enabling us to attract and hire top talent as we grow quickly.

Responsibilities:

Integration & Experience:

Drives programs for smooth onboarding of new employees.

Deliver shortterm solutions while also solving for longterm problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes

Performance Management:

Responsible for recommending strategies to the business leaders and implementing them across their teams to increase productivity and performance

Guide and coach managers on conducting performance coaching discussions for their subordinates and ensure consistency in the performance process within location/ SBU wise

Rewards & Recognitions:

Manage and administer rewards & recognition programs.
Create and lead development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of the company.

Training & Development:

Assess Training Needs through connect with employees or consultations with managers.
Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team by leading training, mentoring and HR initiatives.

Qualifications
MBA Degree with specialization in Human Resources

At least 410 years of related, progressive HR Partner experience, including employee relations, employee engagement, employee grievances, performance management, recruitment and training and development.
Excellent interpersonal skills, data centric approach, problemsolving skills, decisionmaking skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
Strong written communication skills. Prior experience creating effective PowerPoint decks required. Must be adept working with Excel.
Intent and ability to drive visibility to stakeholders
Ability to understand and handle ambiguity
Demonstrates a proven track record for taking initiative and working independently to deliver results.
Possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
