Role Summary - As an Operations Associate at Clever Harvey, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth post-sales journey for students. You will be responsible for resolving student queries, managing internal platforms, and ensuring the timely delivery of all student documents. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive student experience and supporting our team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities -
1)

Resolve student queries:

Serve as the primary point of contact for students' queries and provide timely and accurate responses via various platforms.

Address student concerns, provide technical support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2)

Manage platform:
Oversee the management of the online learning platform, ensuring everything is up-to-date, user-friendly, and functioning smoothly. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform in a timely manner.

3)

Deliverables Management:
Ensure timely delivery of student reports and certificates. Coordinate with the relevant teams to generate, review, and send all student reports within the established timelines.

4)

Process improvement:

Identify areas of process improvement in student query resolution, platform management, and deliverables management to communicate the same to the team in order to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications -

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong emphasis on customer service
Ability to take initiative, ownership of tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in using online platforms like zoom, google meet, google sheets, etc

This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work.

The work timings for this position will be 12 pm to 9 pm (6 days a week with Saturday off).

Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
