Description
Create and review the LCA and update the status to consultants.

  • Prepare forms like I129, I539, and I765 for submission of visa categories H1B, H4, and H4 EAD respectively.
  • Prepare weekly reports and send them to onsite counterparts and Management as well.
  • Review the RFE copies and collect the RFE documents from consultants and shared same with onsite counterparts as well as attorneys of Law firms.
  • Organize and upload the documents like Receipts, RFEs, Approvals, Denials copies on the server.

Pay:
₹8, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
