HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage the recruitment process.
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
Employee Relations:
Assist in addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events.
Monitor and maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in conducting performance evaluations and appraisals.
Track employee performance metrics and provide relevant reports.
Collaborate with managers to develop performance improvement plans.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
Manage attendance records, leaves, and timekeeping.
Handle HR-related correspondence and documentation.
Payroll Processing:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
Calculate and verify deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with taxation laws.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in preparing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audits related to HR processes.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs.
Collaborate with departments to support employee skill development.
Monitor and track employee training progress.
Exit Process:
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
Coordinate employee offboarding and necessary documentation.
HR Reporting:
Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management review.
Maintain accurate records of HR metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role for 2+ years.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English speaking proficiency.
- Detailoriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
