We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NCLEX-RN Trainer to join our team.

As an NCLEX-RN Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in preparing nursing students for the NCLEX-RN examination, ensuring their success and professional advancement in the field of nursing.

This position requires a deep understanding of nursing principles, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for supporting aspiring nurses in achieving their goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs designed to prepare nursing students for the NCLEX-RN examination.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of nursing concepts and exam strategies.
  • Provide oneonone coaching and mentorship to students, offering personalized guidance and support tailored to their learning needs.
  • Administer practice exams and assessments to evaluate students' readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other educators and healthcare professionals to ensure training materials and curriculum are current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, tracking their achievements and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes to the NCLEX-RN examination format, content, and testing procedures, adjusting training programs accordingly.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of advancements in nursing education and licensure.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
  • Active RN license with a solid understanding of nursing principles and clinical practice.
  • Minimum of 2 experience as a registered nurse, with a focus on education, training, or tutoring preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing students for the NCLEX-RN examination, with a track record of high pass rates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and motivate students.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.
