Description
Regularly engage with clients to review their accounts, assess their satisfaction levels and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.- Responsible for client activtaion based on clients assigned on timely basis. Ensure end to end followup from giving demo of platform to assisting client to trade.
- Understand clients' financial goals, needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations (based on research team's input) and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, economic news, and regulatory changes affecting the stock market & Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and formulate investment strategies
- Upsell and crosssell Samco's products and services to existing clients based on their investment needs & educate clients about various financial products and services offered by Samco Securities
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, transactions, and communications in the CRM system & assist clients with the account opening process, document verification and other related activities
