This is a remote position.

Core functional responsibilities:
-

Understand the business processes and rules of the organization in HR - Work with internal teams to understand HR processes - Build workflow automation for existing processes such as time office management, leave, regularization - Set up templates for all employee communication via Zoho - Set up new employee onboarding process on the Zoho - Set up employee off-boarding process on the Zoho - Set up performance management system via Zoho to be rolled out in 60 days.

You are expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week.

The outcomes will be byte-sized projects that will have to be delivered every week. Your outcomes will be reviewed and grade by peers and your supervisors. Interns who excel in their project may be offered a full-time job with the company.
