Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes.

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production and customer demands.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and manual tracking methods.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies to support production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to inventory levels.
  • Optimize inventory storage space and layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and obsolescence.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to optimize inventory costs and quality.
  • Prepare inventory reports, including stock status, consumption trends, and aging analysis, for management review.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Base Knowledge in inventory management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to inventory management is a plus.
