As a Business Development Executive at Bright Wheels, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our franchise network.

You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the franchise discovery process, and ultimately closing franchise agreements.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for early childhood education and business development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research prospective franchisees within designated territories.
  • Conduct informative presentations and meetings to educate prospective franchisees about the Bright Wheels brand, our curriculum, support services, and business model.
  • Guide interested parties through the franchise discovery process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing necessary information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the franchise development team to negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications with prospective franchisees using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Represent Bright Wheels at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and attract potential franchise partners.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or franchise development roles, preferably in the education or franchising industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attend industry events.
