    About our Team

    We're crafting a cutting-edge Adtech platform known as ReelBlend.

    ReelBlend allows brands and their products to magically appear in video content across Film & TV. Take a peek at our demo in action right here:

    Our AdTech startup is involved in advertising within some of the top Film & TV content globally. Our current focus is in South East Asia (We're teaming up with media partners for some thrilling upcoming projects)

    Role Overview

    We're on the lookout for an AI/ML Engineer to hop on board and contribute to shaping the core ReelBlend platform and vision. Your role will involve developing advanced solutions to enhance vast amounts of digital VOD content with advertising data and groundbreaking VFX / CGI technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement AI models to forecast and identify advertising possibilities
    • Collaborate with engineers and marketers to craft innovative solutions
    • Stay updated with the latest deep learning techniques and apply them effectively
    • Handle diverse data types for machine learning models
    • Design and launch applications using Large Language Models and cutting-edge technologies like RAG and Image to Video
    • Ensure optimal performance and scalability of AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Google and AWS
    • Incorporate the newest AI advancements to keep solutions at the industry's forefront
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with strategic goals
    • Contribute to documentation of core concepts and knowledge sharing

    Required Experience:

    • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience (not an entry-level position)
    • 3+ years of Data Engineering / Data Science experience
    • Familiarity with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Pipeline Development, Integration, Data Migrations, and Analytics
    • Over 2 years of software development experience using C++ and/or Python
    • Understanding of full machine learning lifecycle and deployment of ML models with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
    • Proficiency in Python for application development (e.g. FastAPI)
    • Experience with containers like Docker. Kubernetes knowledge is a plus
    • Awareness of AI ethics and responsible deployment
    • Experience in deploying Generative AI applications is a bonus
    • Experience with Generative AI applications related to images/videos

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Experience in training, validating, and deploying large-scale LLMs
    • Familiarity with Nvidia AI stack
