    Our AdTech startup is selling advertising into some of the world's leading Film & TV content. We are currently operating across South East Asia (With our media partners, we have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline)

    About the Role

    We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help us build the core ReelBlend platform and vision. You will be working on cutting-edge and innovative solutions to enrich large volumes of digital VOD content with advertising data and revolutionary VFX / CGI technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and deploy AI models to predict and match advertising opportunities
    • Collaborate with engineers and marketers to develop cutting-edge solutions
    • Continuously learn and implement state-of-the-the-art deep learning techniques
    • Handle a variety of data types, ensuring they are primed for use in their machine learning models.
    • Develop and deploy applications based on Large Language Models, including specialized techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Text to Image (e.g. Imagen), Image to Image and Image to Video technologies.
    • Ensure high performance and scalability of AI solutions on cloud platforms like Google and AWS.
    • Research and integrate the latest AI advancements to keep their solutions at the industry's forefront.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with their strategic goals.
    • Aid documentation of core concepts and knowledge sharing

    Experience Required:

    • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
    • 3+ years industry work experience (this is not a junior / fresh graduate position)
    • 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Science
    • Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Pipeline Development, Integration, Data Migrations and Analytics experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in software development using C++ (C++11/14/17) and/or Python
    • Understanding of and interest in the full machine learning lifecycle, including deployment of trained ML models using common frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ideally Google managed ones (BigQuery, Vertex AI, AutoML, Video AI)
    • Experience in Software Engineering including programming and development of applications in Python (e.g. FastAPI)
    • Demonstrable experience with containers (Docker). Kubernetes experience is desirable, but not required
    • A keen understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI deployment.
    • Experience deploying Generative AI applications is desirable (e.g. RAG systems, LLM fine-tuning, etc.)
    • GenerativeAI experiences with images / video and inpainting (Stable Diffusion, Imagen, Dalle3)

    Preferred candidates should have:

    • Experience having trained, validated and deployed large scale LLMs into production
    • Experience with Nvidia AI stack (NeMo, TensorRT, Triton Server, Deepstream, Jetson)
