Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock based on demand forecasts and production requirements.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods received or dispatched.
Ensure compliance with store operating procedures, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to prioritize orders and expedite the delivery of materials when necessary.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in store operations.
Train and supervise store staff to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and operational best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging shelves and storage areas for efficient space utilization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in recordkeeping.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
