Responsibilities:


  • Managing the RDS directly to determine the targets for each RDS.
  • Responsible for achieving the Primary and secondary targets assigned and also seeing that availability of AVT Brands and its SKU's is in maximum.
  • Daily interaction with sales rep, collection of primary orders from RDS, payment follow up, submitting the DSR in time.
  • To identify new outlets and HTS and increase the customer base.
  • To check the stocks at RDS level and keep stocks as per norm and do follow up for payment.
  • Involved in the development of route plans and visit the market on a daily frequency to do face to face selling to improve the visibility of the products.
  • To work with the RDS/ Salesman and train them on the job for the range selling and visibility.
  • To report on the competitors activities in the market
