Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information and support they need.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Provide customers with accurate and uptodate information about our products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Skills:
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with social media customer support
