Tele Caller Executive - Chandigarh, India - M Square Media (MSM)
Description
Calling on the assigned leads by TCM in a stipulated time while ensuring customer satisfaction on the general queries asked.
- Schedule country specific counseling call with the Telecounselors
- Maintain and update database/CRM after every call made
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with potential international education aspirants and their parents.
- Know and implement company offerings for improved promotion and business development. Need to have ability of cross selling.
- Ability to talk and deliver the content over the phone/call positively under any circumstances until the call gets disconnected by the client.
- Should be able to convey benefits of the offerings of B2C vertical and explain them why it is better over choosing a common agent in the market.
- Skillfully communicate with clients to identify their needs and convey the same to the telecounselors so as to provide potential solutions through MSM Unify portal
- Collect and share service feedback from the earned clients and thus referrals for the new business.
- Have a strong follow up with prospective clients.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all transactions
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
