    Key roles and responsibilities :

    • Strategic Management and Operations
    Train the Team on Ops-Excellence and ensure effective communication across verticals.
    Manage scheduled client meetings, MBR, QBR and CSAT.

    • Operational excellence
    Manage manpower schedule within the budget, adjust labor schedule in line with sales. Ensure that checklists and records are accurately captured, communicate all client requirements to partners in time, manage and achieve budgets, ensure site adherence to compliance and Safety standards, validate audit findings, and promote HSE as a culture in the team.

    • Partner management
    Work with the vendor ecosystem across main meal vendors, food chains, and standalone tuck shops. Conduct documented meetings with key vendors, manage vendor profitability and development.

    • New Client acquisition
    Gain a complete understanding of the SmartQ pitch to clients and operations strategy. Provide a consultative approach on problem-solving and ensure effective communication and teamwork across functions.

    • Client management and cross-sell
    Manage the scope of work with clients, record call memos, engage through Pop-up Canopy and events, promote app adoption and usage, and drive steady revenues through different phases of business.

    Qualifications:

    • Relative F&B experience of at least 12+ years, leading teams in the food-services sector
    • Ability to build and manage dynamic teams in a growth-focused setting
    • Analytical ability to solve problems with a focus on technology and innovation
    • Train the team and multitask between different functions
    • Knowledge of local language is preferable
    • Major focus on ops excellence, team management, and trainings
