Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Retail Audits:
Travel extensively to various retail locations to conduct thorough audits, focusing on sales processes, customer interactions, and adherence to established standards.
MIS Reporting:
Utilize Management Information System (MIS) tools to generate insightful reports on sales performance, inventory management, and overall store compliance.
Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Sales Experience:
Leverage your sales background to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales processes in retail stores.
Provide recommendations on maximizing sales opportunities and improving customer engagement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of audit findings related to sales performance and adherence to sales procedures.
Prepare comprehensive reports, outlining key observations, and providing actionable recommendations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate audit results to key stakeholders, including management, sales teams, and store personnel.
Collaborate with sales and store teams to implement corrective actions and share best practices.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales acumen of store staff.
Support the development of training materials focused on improving sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales roles within the retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail processes, policies, and best practices.
Proficiency in MIS reporting tools and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a demanding travel schedule.
Travel:
