Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Co-Ordinator located in Kheda, Gujarat. (Approximately 40 kms from Ahmedabad). You will be reporting directly to the technical director.
Administrative Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating internally on project updates, testing & sample results etc.
- Coordinating externally with suppliers & customers regarding samples & trials etc.
- Coordinating across departments for successful execution of the project
- Liaising with third party testing and certification agencies.
- Prompt follow through on issues. Proactively communicate information to internal executives/managers to ensure smooth business operations.
Customer Focus:
- Understanding the customers' products expectations coordinating with customers for trials and approvals & initiate the corrective actions immediately to set the product right in case where applicable.
- Visiting customers pan India and understand their product expectations & translating that into technical deliverable language.
- Working on ideas as part of a team or developing design concepts for new products: including conducting research, analyzing market trends and competitive information, and collaborating to formulate product strategies.
Quality management system:
- To ensure the compliance of Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) in the department.
- To fulfil the audit requirement as and when necessary.
Record maintenance:
- Coordinate & follow up CTO's instructions to his direct reports daily.
- Schedule regular meetings for CTO and cross department leaders.
- Document and maintain R&D reports and project schedules
- Ensure compliance of the project schedules by ensuring usage of various review mechanisms and templates.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other material as needed for internal and external meetings will need to be able to anticipate the needs of the executive and adapt to last minute change.
- Maintains an overall resource plan for the R & D group to ensure that projects meet schedules.
- Updating competitor's product analysis records.
- Ensuring the availability of technical literature related to R&D processes, SDS, Product data sheets etc.
- Report on progress of projects to the CTO.
- To prepare weekly and monthly report on various tests, trials conducted.
Other responsibilities:
- Provides general administrative duties, project support, special events and activities as requested.
- Completes domestic and international travel bookings for the CTO.
- To undertake any other job / assignment given by management from time to time
Qualifications
- English speaking skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken language
- Computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, presentation and project management skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in or related to Mechanical/Industrial/Polymer Chemistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Pay:
₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
