Customer Support Executive at PyjamaHR
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the use of our
Saas-based products.

  • Providing technical assistance to customers and addressing their concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Working with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records of all customer interactions in our customer management system.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our customer support processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the product development process.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 13 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a Saasbased company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customercentric attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer management systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

SALARY RANGE:3.5- 5 LPA
