Tele caller - Only Female (Work from home)
Our innovative and growing company is looking for Tele Callers
- Only Female.


Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls for generating leads.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
  • Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
  • Follow up with incoming leads.
  • Book appointment for field sales team.

Requirements and skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Having 2+ years' experience as a Tele Caller.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi both.
  • Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
