Delhi, India

Experience: 6+ years

Core Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts/agreements/documents, including End User License Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Statements of Works, Data processing agreements, and Partner Agreements
Develop, implement, and maintain standard templates and forms
Guide the company's different functions on mitigating legal risk in the commercial context
Maintaining a repository of Documents reviewed
Demonstrate a strong ability to: Prioritize and manage workload effectively, recognize the quick turnaround requirements, Work independently with mínimal supervision, and take responsibility
Sound knowledge of GDPR, advice on best practices and compliance with global privacy and data protection laws, overseeing legal and regulatory aspects of data collection and use, privacy disclosures and transparency, and related issues

Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

6+ years postqualification experience, specifically in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT/ITES contracts
Strong academic background from a leading Indian (or other) university
Sound knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and other Privacy and data protection laws
