Description
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.- Identify and qualify potential customers through effective communication and understanding of their logistics needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding freight rates, services, and solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
- Uphold company values and adhere to sales policies and procedures.
Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
