₹ 1,00,000.00 to ₹ 1,25,000.00 / Month


Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Storytelling:


  • Transform complex business concepts and ideas into captivating stories that resonate with a diverse audience.
  • Develop narratives that showcase the founder's vision, values, and perspectives while maintaining authenticity and relatability.

Ghostwriting:


  • Craft compelling written content on behalf of the founder, ensuring his unique voice and perspective are maintained across social media platforms, blogs, articles, and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to understand his preferences, tone, and messaging requirements.

Content Strategy:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the founder's vision and OYO's brand identity.
  • Plan and schedule content distribution across various platforms to ensure consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Monitor content performance and make datadriven adjustments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.

Research:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and OYO's initiatives to create timely and relevant content.
  • Conduct indepth research to gather insights, statistics, and supporting data for content creation.
  • Utilize research findings to enhance the quality, credibility, and impact of the content produced.

Project Requirements:


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in storytelling, ghostwriting, content strategy, and research.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and adapt to feedback.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques is a plus.
